Chocolate Festival, Contest Dec. 13 | Community Spirit
MOUNT VERNON, IL (KFVS) - The Chocolate Festival and Contest will be December 13 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
The festival will be at the Elks Lodge, 1107 Jordan, and includes a tasting contest and bake sale. It is hosted by the Jefferson County Historical Society.
