'Night Before Groundhog's Day' event Feb. 1 | Community Spirit

MOUNT VERNON, IL (KFVS) - The C.E. Brehm Memorial Library will host the event Night Before Groundhog's Day on February 1 at 1 p.m.

This event is for grades K-3.

The library says you can take a "fact or fiction" look at this furry creature and listen to some fun stories and legends about this special little animal. Will there be six more weeks of winter? Find out Feb. 1.

Special bookmarks will also be given to participants.
