Ugly dog contest, fundraiser | Events
MT. VERNON, IL (KFVS) - There will be an ugly dog contest on Saturday, August 6 at Veterans Park.
The contest will be at 2 p.m. and is a Jefferson County Habitat for Humanity fundraiser. The registration fee is $20 and payable at the event.
The Jefferson County Animal Shelter will be there with dogs available for adoption.
Veterans Park is located at 800 South 27th Street.
